PharmD Industry Fellowships

HOPE’s PharmD fellowships are two-year, full-time industry-based programs in health economics and outcomes research, real-world evidence, and global market access. A defining feature of the HOPE model is that fellows spend both years embedded with their industry partner rather than dividing the fellowship into separate academic and industry years.

This sustained industry experience allows fellows to build continuity, deepen therapeutic and functional expertise, and assume increasing project ownership. Training is complemented by Rutgers HOPE mentorship, graduate education, and applied research. HEOR fellows complete an MS through HOPE, including a large-database research project designed for presentation and publication. Global market access fellows may pursue a Rutgers certificate or other advanced training aligned with their interests and career goals.
